Often overlooked by visitors to the large coastal centres of Worthing and Brighton and Hove, a day or two spent exploring the beautiful Sussex countryside in and around Steyning will not disappoint.

Steyning itself is a thriving small market town with an historic conservation area. The town boasts over 100 listed buildings including those in Church Street where buildings from every Century from the 12th to the 20th can be found.

There are a number of town trails and country walks based on Steyning and full details can be obtained from the local library in Church Street.
